NAEM Property Management was established by Nate Manning and Ebony Grays, rooted in our collective experiences in Chicago. Since 1994, our passion for community outreach and real estate development has fueled our mission. We founded NAEM, LLC to create a platform that reinforces education, stability, and community by reinvesting in areas often overlooked by other businesses.
Our company focuses primarily on stability. Through our property management services, we provide healthy, safe, secure, and affordable housing in Chicago's inner city and the surrounding South Suburbs. We aim to revitalize these communities by forging new alliances with healthcare professionals, grocers, and real estate investors to stabilize the community as a whole.
While we are aware of the challenges that may deter others from investing in these areas, we view these challenges as opportunities. Redeveloping the inner city of Chicago and its South Suburbs is more than a passion; it is our duty. We understand that faith in revitalization is not enough—we are ready to work for it. Nate Manning
Nate became a Licensed Real Estate Broker driven by advocacy and the power of home ownership. He believes entrepreneurship could create a way for inner city youth to discover safe and productive careers reinvesting in the community. Nate is the Property Manager for NAEM Properties and continues to pursue growth and acquisition opportunities for the company. When he is not at the office or in the field researching new acquisitions, he loves to travel and educate families who rent about the power of home ownership in Chicago.
Ebony Grays
Ebony started her community advocacy as a single mother while working as an EMT/Case Aid for Lutheran Social Services of Illinois. Her Case Aid experience re-ignited her passion for education and creating awareness of family stability. Ebony’s current position as Managing Member of NAEM, LLC helps her continue educating and creating opportunities for young families in Real Estate. When Ebony is not submerged in community outreach she loves baking and spending time with family.
